Warranty Policy

I. Limited warranty can be claimed under manufacturer defect only.

II. Customer must bring the TAX Invoice and Warranty Card to claim warranty service. Warranty will not valid Without Warranty card and Invoice under any circumstance.

III. Warranty will not cover problems that result, directly or indirectly from
• External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
• Repaired at unauthorized service center (Other than we assigned).
• If warranty seal, serial number is removed/ tampered,
• Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
• Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
• Using non-genuine accessories, parts or components not recommended by us.

IV. We are not responsible for any kind of data loss during repair or storage device failure. We recommend to backup all necessary data before taking to service center.

V. Warranty will not cover any problems associated with the software.

VI. Warranty on laptop battery can be claimed only if it is found dead.

VII. Warranty won’t cover DOTS on the screen.

VIII. Under warranty, if it needs to replace any parts or components, it will normally takes 3-5 weeks to get the part replaced.
